Standard outcomes from this stage may include: Recommendations to the client on the preferred method for tendering. Preparing drawings at an appropriate scale together with details and schedules to enable the project to be tendered. Co-ordinate and integrate the work of consultants with the architectural drawings Prepare a specefication describing the materials, finishes and workmanship required to complete the project in accordance with the drawings. Submit documents for Construction Certification (CC). Prepare a pre-tender cost estimate Obtaining client's approval before commencing Contract Administration
